Hello There!
Howdy! I'm headass, and this is the website I use to test out CSS, have an excuse to make 88x31s, ramble, and flex on. I'm primarily a generalist/assistant at a virtual production studio; in my free time I tend to write software and play video games, sometimes I live-tweet or stream them, respectively. You can look into more of those by clicking anything yellow.
Site Info
There are four main segments of this site, which can be found at the top.
Home This
Projects A mirror of my programming projects portfolio, with the occasional backstory/roadmap depending on how dead it is.
Blog A place for me to write longer-form (sometimes dramatic) pieces on useless topics nobody cares about.
FAQ Not-so-frequently asked questions. Mostly a place for me to dump instructions to recreate a part of my setup.

I fucking hate web "developers!"
If you reach a point in JS where you need to use types, you've exceeded the use case for JS/TS.
EIGHTY-EIGHT BY THIRTY-ONE DOT WEBP
Mine! This is a screenshot of my character from Ghost Recon Breakpoint (2019), and designed to look like a Windows 10 button, instead of a 9x button like most other 88x31s Very good, life-long friend. Also my neighbor. Seems to be the only person I know who shares my love for metro/MDL2! Enough to actually write UWP apps. I unironically daily a Razer Phone 2. It runs a slightly modified version of LineageOS 18.1, and I absolutely love it. Your life is NOTHING. You serve ZERO PURPOSE. You should kill yourself, NOW! I've dealt with android for the VAST majority of my life and still don't know what this actually means. It's still funny. My favoite handgun! Muh Two World Wars type shit. But that's not why, I just like it. Imagine if VRChat was good and had the unity editor (but bad) built-in. And the obnoxiously horny catgirls were full-on furries. The Only Valid Linux Desktop Environment. My go-to language for projects that don't interface with graphics APIs. if this doesn't play, just go to ./don.mp4 (or try clicking) Is mw2 but mods, dunno what else to say. Based on a popular(ish) bumper sticker. Flat-out the best IDEs you can buy. If you see a vector graphic, 3D model, or edited video from me, it was made in blender. The Razer Phone and USAF 88x31s on this page were animated in blender, although mostly constructed in GIMP (the latter ended up getting completely reconstructed aside from the sun flares). Everybody gangsta 'till the sky starts missing pixels. Tim sweeney has me blocked on Twitter, by the way! Peam. HUUH. HUUH. HUUH. HUUH. HUUH. HUUH. HUUH. HUUH. HUUH. HUUH. HUUH. :3 CrossFire's whole thing was using two lower-spec cards to make one better, right? What if I used two 88x31s to make an 88x62? If you don't use IDA, just tell me you don't know where to find a crack, I can help you. The lil guys are funny. Also lighthouse tech is super cool and I like it a lot. Switched to it in late 2019 because tumblr ran faster and haven't looked back. I drive one. I love it. I find it quaint how 1080p, the bottom-of-the-barrel modern resolution, was seen as ABOVE HD at the time, to where you'd put stickers on displays to brag about it. I've never actually lowballed on marketplace. I've only ever used it to buy a Rift CV1 for $60 Genuinely one of the worst things to happen to the modern gaming industry, next to nvidia and DLSS. Fight me. The kinects were genuinely too good for the world/industry they were released into. I have all 3 and the azure kinect is easily my favorite single piece of hardware I own.

Laptop:
  • Lenovo ThinkPad T495s

    • 512gb SSD, Arch Linux (usually months out of date) EXT4

  • Xbox 360 (60gb Jasper, the one I grew up on, and use to dump games)
  • PS4 (500gb HDD, fat refresh)
  • PS3 Slim (500gb HDD, CFW)
  • Xbox One S (500gb, doing nothing but means something to me)
  • Nintendo Switch (Hackable)

VR:
  • PlayStation VR 2
    • 2x Tundra Tracker - first is mounted to the top and overriding the built-in tracking, second is on my belt.
    • Valve Index Controllers
    • 2x HTC Vive Wand (1.0) - Mostly foot trackers, main controllers for certain games.
    • 2x HTC Vive Base Stations (1.0)
    • HTC Vive Tracker (3.0) - Sits on my desk. Useful for bits and jokes
    • This setup is awesome. It should be janky but aside from weight distribution it works amazingly. All of the jank was one-time and mostly setup/filler. Hell, even eye tracking works through OpenXR.
  • Valve index - Backup headset, also used to connect the index controllers to my PC when using the PSVR2.
  • Oculus Rift - I really like the controllers
  • PlayStation VR - Literally just for Astro Bot, Driveclub VR and maybe WipEout.
  • A BUSTED TO SHIT Oculus Quest 1. The right controller doesn't work, and every strap mounting point is snapped off. It was good for one thing for the few months I didn't have a PC, and was an absolute fucking nightmare from then on until I got an Index. I occasionally used the controllers as foot trackers until the right one stopped connecting.
